Rugby is strong at 国产探花 with four students named on major teams to represent Australia on the international and Pacific stage.

国产探花 students Sam Reiser, Curtis Browning and Con Foley were named on Australia鈥檚 Junior World Cup team to play at the in South Africa, which began on June 5.

Reiser and Foley were part of 国产探花 Rugby鈥檚 premiership-winning Premier Colts team and have come through , while Browning has featured regularly in Premier Grade fixtures for 国产探花 over the 2012 season.

鈥淚t鈥檚 really exciting for the boys,鈥 manager David Enfantie said.

鈥淲e鈥檙e really happy to see them make the squad and hopefully they play well in South Africa.鈥

The Australian team鈥檚 first game is against Argentina on June 8.

Premier Grade flanker Vili Faingaa will also take on representative duties over the coming weeks as he heads to Japan to represent Tonga in the .

The younger brother of the Faingaa twins (Wallabies players Anthony and Saia) was excited about making his debut on the international stage. The team played Samoa on June 5, losing (20-18) and will face Japan on June 10.

鈥淚t鈥檚 something I've always aspired to do, represent my country whether it be Australia or Tonga,鈥 Faingaa said.

"I've worked really hard in the off-season and I'm very happy to be given the opportunity to play."
